Ocean Blue Mug by Leigh Ann Naus

This stoneware mug features a glossy, gradient glaze in shades of deep blue and white, which creates a speckled and almost frothy texture across the surface. The blue glaze is concentrated around the rim and fades as it moves downward, blending organically with the white, giving a coastal or oceanic feel. The unglazed base adds a touch of raw, natural contrast to the otherwise polished look

• Clay body: White stoneware
• AMACO Snow x3 – bottom 1/3
• Followed by AMACO Storm x3 top 2/3
• AMACO Snow x3 over Storm
• Thin coat of MAYCO Light Flux where Storm and Snow meet
• Fired to Cone 6 with 10 min hold
