AMACO Underglazes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This is a handmade underwater-themed mug with amazing 3D details. The mug shows colorful sea life, including a shark, fish, coral, and a turtle. The background has a deep blue top that fades into a lighter, greenish bottom, just like the ocean. The coral at the base is textured and bright orange-yellow. The fish and shark are carefully painted, and the turtle\u2019s shell is green with brown accents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mug was glazed with different colors to make it look like an ocean scene: Rainforest Celadon for the bottom, Deep Sea for the top, Seaweed on the rim, and Honey Flux where they meet. The details are finished with a clear glaze, and special glazes were used on the turtle and coral. This mug was fired at cone 6 on stoneware clay, making it strong and beautiful – perfect for anyone who loves the sea<\/p>\n\n\n\n
