The result is fresh, dynamic, and full of coastal charm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mugs are made from <strong>Bmix clay<\/strong> and glazed in the following order from bottom to top:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 coats of <strong>MAYCO Winter Wood<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 coats of <strong>MAYCO Sea Salt<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 coats of <strong>MAYCO Norse Blue<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 coats of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/1240.design\/en\/glazes-and-paints\/ceramic-glazes\/high-fire-glazes\/laguna-maroccan-fusion\/wc-108-power-turquoise-stoneware-glaze.html\" rel=\"noopener\">Laguna Power Turquoise<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finished with 3 coats of <strong>AMACO Snow<\/strong>, applied over the Power Turquoise and on the inside of the mug<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The layered application creates a sandy, textured base that transitions into soft foamy whites, turquoise waves, and deep ocean blues. Join them all. I can do about 15-20 mugs in about 4 hours with cleanup. Handles come a few days later (I keep them wrapped well), it takes about 6-8 minutes for each handle. And I make about 40 a week (2 building sessions- then whatever time it takes to glaze or carve)&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I leave them on a tile for the first day bottom down. Then clean up and put bottom up under plastic. Get handles a day or two later, then I leave to dry under 1 sheet of plastic.
