Thrown from Laguna B Mix clay, each bowl features an exterior coated in deep black underglaze, meticulously carved with flowing, snake-like patterns that reveal the clay beneath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inside, the bowls glow with a rich turquoise glaze combination, layered to create depth, movement, and a glassy, light-catching finish. The contrast between the matte, textured exterior and the vibrant interior gives the pieces a sense of quiet drama-both grounded and radiant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fired to cone 6 in a community kiln, these bowls celebrate process, precision, and the beauty of layered surfaces.
