AMACO Iron Lustre on Textured White Stoneware

Iron Lustre Sample By Keara Phillips Berlin

Iron Lustre PC-33 is one of the must-have glazes in the AMACO Potter’s Choice range. Known for its rich iron saturation and reactive surface, it settles beautifully into texture, darkening recessed areas while breaking lighter on raised details. Fired to cone 6, Iron Lustre enhances carving and stamping with warm brown and even golden tones, subtle blue-green flashes, and a compelling balance of glossy and matte variation, making it especially effective on textured white stoneware.
